Shipping Policy
Enjoy free delivery on all orders exceeding Taka. 4500. For orders below Taka. 4500, Delivery charge will be 60 Taka inside Dhaka and 120 Taka outside Dhaka. Once your order is confirmed, we will arrange for courier dispatch within 12 working hours and send you a notification via email or SMS.
The estimated delivery time is 2-3 working days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery to areas not covered by our courier service may take a minimum of 7 days.
In the event that you receive a damaged item or have a complaint, kindly record an unboxing video to facilitate a smooth return process. To claim any returns or report missing products, uncut video footage of the unboxing process is required.
Please note that shipping charges for international deliveries are to be borne by the customer.
